Mulch for the Organic Gardener
YardApes now has licorice root mulch available. What is licorice root mulch? It is the sterilized remainder of steam processed licorice root. The nitrogen and nutrients stored in the fiber are available to plants while it decomposes. For Organic gardeners it is an alternative to bovine and equine based mulches and soil amendments.

Jayson Roberts was throwing darts Tuesday night, as a result a normally very good hitting SouthKent team couldn’t handle his junk. Next Game is Monday at 7:30pm against New Milford Spirit Shoppe.

YardApes Softball Team Wins Season Opener 7-6!
YardApes Landscaping played Stone Gardens to open up the season. Both teams were moved up to “A” division this year due to their matchup in last year’s “B” Division championship, which YardApes won. Stone Gardens had the tying & go ahead runs on base in the bottom of the seventh inning, but Dennis Federle’s nice play in Center field made the final out & locked down the victory. Next Game is 5/4 @6:15pm.
